RAMEN SEKAI. The newest casual Asian fusion ramen house is ready to serve Kapampangans starting Wednesday, December 8.

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Filipino ramen house brand Ramen Sekai and bubble tea brand Affinitea opened their doors to Fernandinos on Wednesday.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony and blessing was graced by Ramen Sekai and Affinitea CEO and founder Mark Anthony Liu together with Dolores branch business partners Chris Gomez and wife Rona.

According to Liu, moving towards the Kapampangan market has to start in the provincial capital and acquiring the interest of the mid-market range and millennials would start from its interiors with a modern and vibrant ambience veering away from the traditional red and black Japanese ramen houses.

“This is the heart of Pampanga. We know that Pampanga is the food capital of the Philippines, and my secret, when I opened the business, was that I sought it first in prayer,” said Liu.

“When I opened the Columns (Makati branch), it was supposedly pre-pandemic until there were some delays, blessing in disguise as we call it, and then we kept praying and things went together smoothly. It was like an answered prayer,” added Liu.

Located along MacArthur Highway, Barangay Dolores, CSFP, Ramen Sekai and Affinitea are open daily, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
