MARIVELES, Bataan- Police confiscated firearms and suspected shabu while serving a search warrant against two suspects who eluded arrest in this town Wednesday.
Recovered were two light explosive rifle grenades, a .38 revolver with four ammunitions and a plastic sachet containing suspected shabu allegedly from the house of the suspects in Barangay Alas-Asin, police said.
Suspects Warly Castillo and Patrick Jalos, however, eluded escaped, said Supt. Hercules Ileto, Mariveles police chief.
He said the two were subject of a search warrant for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
Police conducted manhunt on the suspects while readying cases for illegal possession of firearms and illegal drugs.
