Thai cuisine takes the spotlight at Mequeni Live as it rolls out a five-day Thai Food Festival from March 25 to 29 at Quest Plus Conference Center Clark, offering diners an authentic taste of Thailand through a specially curated buffet experience.

The limited-time food festival highlights the distinct balance of Thailand’s four essential flavors, namely salty, sweet, sour, and spicy, prepared using traditional techniques and vibrant ingredients. Leading the culinary collaboration is Executive Chef Nicholas Shadbolt alongside guest celebrity chef Arnan Sinsanwit, who brings years of experience in Thai culinary traditions.
Among the featured dishes are Authentic Pad Thai, Tom Yum Goong, and a regional Thai curry, each crafted to showcase bold spices, layered aromas, and colorful presentation.

The festival is available for lunch at PHP 1,720 net and dinner at PHP 2,990 net. An exclusive “Front Row” Chef’s Table experience will also be held on March 28 at the hotel’s Private Dining Room, offering guests an intimate tasting session with Chef Arnan.

Quest Plus Clark, led by General Manager Michael Gapin and Director of Marketing Renzelle Palma, emphasized that the initiative reflects the hotel’s commitment to elevating the Clark dining scene into a world-class culinary destination by bringing authentic global flavors closer to the local community.
