OLONGAPO CITY — A man listed in the drug watch of Police Station 6 of the Olongapo City Police Office was arrested by operatives of drug enforcement unit in a buy–bust operation in Barangay Barretto here.
Captain Wrigley Tiglao Zafra, head of Police Station 6, identified the suspect as Orly Fernandez y Quintana, 25, of Purok 13, Barangay Barretto.
He was arrested in the act of selling a sachet of shabu worth P200 to a police poseur–buyer.
Confiscated from the suspect were two transparent plastic sachets of shabu weighing 0.116 grams amounting to P800 and the marked money.
Suspect is now under the custody of Police Station 6, facing charges for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article ll of RA 9165.
