SUBIC, Zambales – Operatives of the Subic Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) arrested a suspected pusher selling a sachet of shabu in Barangay Calapacuan here.
Chief Inspector Joan Sibayan, head of Subic PNP, identified the suspect as Albert Del Rosario y Monesit, 29, of the said barangay.
He was arrested in the act of selling one heat-sealed sachet of shabu worth P500 to a police poseur-buyer.
Recovered from Del Rosario were three more transparent plastic sachets of shabu and the marked money.
The suspect is now detained at Subic PNP detention cell facing charges for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article II of RA 9165 before the Office of Provincial Prosecutor in Olongapo City.
