    MEXICO, Pampanga – “Affordable housing in a luxurious setting.”

    Thus, said Richard Tay, Property Company of Friends, Inc. (Pro-Friends) vice president for sales and marketing, during the media launch of The Palms at the Lakeshore here last Wednesday.

    Tay said “value for money” is the main consideration for The Palms community housing project inside the Lakeshore without compromising quality amid an upscale setting.

    “So we are very pleased to be able to bring (The Palms) to you and you can expect a lot more from us as we enter our 15th year in February,” said Tay before members of the national and local press gathered for the grand media launch.

    “The Palms is now part of the things that really live up to our corporate advocacy of creating communities and transforming lives as we introduce to you The Palms of Lakeshore and all that we have to offer plus share to you some of the other things that we are doing,” said Tay.

    The Palms is located inside the sprawling Lakeshore community adjacent to a majestic 12-hectare lake, lush lakeside parks, scenic jogging paths, and a thriving retail area.

    Tani Puyat, Pro Friends AVP for sales and marketing, said The Palms Lakeshore is undeniably the most beautiful and most affordable upcoming community in Pampanga. It’s a 65-hectare enclave near a 12-hectare man-made lake embellished with affordable housing financing terms. Dream lakeside living is really now within reach, she said.

    For her part, Monica Morales, Pro Friends corporate communications director, welcomed members of the press and organized a tour of the model houses.

    In the immediate vicinity of the project are a good number of hospitals, schools, and malls, including St. Scholastica’s Academy, Mother Teresa of Calcutta Medical Center, San Fernandino Hospital, Sanctuario de San Fernando, and of course, SM Pampanga and Robinsons Starmills and Marquee Mall.
