CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – The Police Regional Office-3 has deployed 2,000 cops on night patrols to undertake intelligence-led and target-specific operations to strengthen security, prevent crime, and ensure high police presence in critical and vulnerable areas in Central Luzon.

Composed of maneuver forces from the police provincial offices and the regional mobile force battalion, the 2,000 night patrollers were deployed starting May 28 to urban centers, provincial capitals, commercial districts, transport terminals, and other populated areas in the region.

Layunin nitong maiwasan ang kriminalidad, mapanatili ang kaayusan, at mabilis na makaresponde sa anumang banta sa seguridad,” Fajardo said, adding that PRO-3 utilizes updated crime mapping, time-based incident analysis, and predictive policing tools to more effectively implement their anti-criminality strategies.

Fajardo assured the public that the police are on alert, day and night, to protect the lives, property, and tranquility of every citizen in Central Luzon. Punto News Team/PRO-3
