ABUCAY, Bataan — Under “Oplan Paglilinis,” personnel of the Abucay municipal police station arrested a “wanted person” in Barangay Mabatang here Monday afternoon.
Senior Supt. Arnold Gunacao, Bataan Police Provincial Office director, identified the suspect as Jon Michael Rubiano, 22, resident of said place.
Rubiano was arrested at about 5 p.m. by police led by Warrant PNCO, SPO3 Augusto Sibug, by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Judge Jose Ener Fernando, RTC Branch 5 of Dinalupihan, Bataan for violation of Section 15, Article ll of RA 9165.
Police Senior Inspector Pepe Alindayo, Abucay municipal police station chief, said the suspect was detained with no bail recommended.
