ANGELESA CITY — Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. April 22, 2025, led the inauguration of newly-constructed educational facilities at the City College of Angeles (CCA), furthering the city’s commitment to accessible and future-ready education.
Among those unveiled were three state-of-the-art hybrid classrooms, two fully equipped computer laboratories, and a multi-purpose hall—all designed to enhance learning delivery, promote digital literacy, and support campus-wide activities.
“These new facilities aim to equip students with the digital skills and knowledge essential for the digital age, emphasizing the city’s commitment to providing modern tools for enhanced learning opportunities,” Lazatin said.
Joining the mayor at the inauguration were Vice Mayor Vicky Vega-Cabigting, CCA president Dr. Frankie Villanueva, city councilors Edu Pamintuan, JC Aguas, Jay Sangil, and Marino Bañola, and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation president Richard Gaza Jr.
