Meanwhile, PCC at CLSU Assistant Training Coordinator Calvin Kim Dioses served as the resource person for the activity.

He discussed the importance of readiness and responsibility in carabao ownership and management, emphasizing proper feeding, housing, and overall care to ensure the health and productivity of the animals.

Dioses also tackled key topics to develop the farmers’ personal and social awareness, including the qualities of prospective farmer-trustees, Abraham Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, and Johari’s Window.

The training aimed to enhance the farmers’ social well-being by promoting responsible and sustainable farming practices that contribute to long-term livelihood improvement.

Additionally, it sought to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage and utilize their resources. (CLJD/MAECR, PIA Region 3-Tarlac)
