CLARK FREEPORT – Park Inn by Radisson Clark located inside the SM City Clark complex here has a new general manager – Mariska Martha “Ann” Olalo – who made her debut at the hotel last August 13.
Olalo replaced former GM Zenaida Alcantara who was assigned at the soon to open Park Inn Hotel in Iloilo City.
During the “News@Hues” media forum organized by the Pampanga Press Club in cooperation with the hotel on Tuesday, Olalo said she’s no stranger to Clark.
“I’m no stranger to Park Inn Clark. I’m with Radisson Blu Cebu as area director for sales and marketing for six years. I also oversaw three other Radisson hotels in the country – Cebu, Davao and Clark,” she said.
“So, I come here often that’s why I also know the team,” she added.
Olalo said she’s quite happy with her new assignment because she knows the destination. “I actually love Clark,’ she said.
“When this hotel was being built and I came here I said I can see myself being stationed here,” Olalo said.
“I was really looking forward to coming here,” she added.
Olalo has over 28 years of corporate experience, 18 years were spent in the hotel industry and 10 years with the Dutch electronics multinational company – Philips Electronics overseeing the Philips Regional Offices in Cebu and Davao.
Her previous hotel stints include director of sales & marketing for Cebu
