CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – A sub-office of the Public Attorney’s Office opened Monday at the National Labor Relations Commission Branch III office here.
Located at Room 400 Ascorp Bldg. MacArthur Highway, Barangay Dolores, the PAO sub-office will be open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to serve workers with labor complaints.
Atty. Socrates Adan Padua, president of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines-Pampanga chapter, hailed the establishment of the sub-office as it will expand the reach of the services of PAO to workers in distress.
Padua cited NLRC chairman Gerardo Nograles, executive labor arbiter Rhoderick Almeyda, and labor arbiter Mike Clemente along with PAO chief Atty. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta and regional public attorney Jan Steven Dunuan for their concern for the workers and swift action in establishing the PAO sub-office at NLRC-3.
