CLARK FREEPORT — Clark Development Corporation (CDC), in partnership with Converge ICT Solutions, Inc., turned-over learning tablets to twenty-two (22) students of the CDC-Bloomberry-OB Family Care Center at Brgy. San Vicente, Bamban Tarlac on 22 June 2023.

Salud and Vice President and Head of Corporate Communications and Public Relations Jay-Anne Encarnado led the distribution of tablets to the students.
Converge has backed digital education initiatives for the Freeport and neighboring students. In addition, Converge distributed sixty (60) learning tablets and nine (9) Large Format Displays (LFDs) to Aeta students in February 2021.
The CDC-Bloomberry-OB Family Care Center, initially dubbed as ‘Pagsasarili’ Family Care Center, is a multipurpose, one-stop facility funded by the Bloomberry Cultural Foundation, Inc. and operating as the CSR arm of Solaire Resort and Casino.
This initiative serves as the centerpiece of the state-owned firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program. Since its official launch in July 2019, the center has aimed to provide educational programs tailored to the early childhood and adult learning needs of communities, particularly Indigenous Peoples residing in the Freeport’s immediate vicinity.
