MANILA, PHILIPPINES – P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) added another feather to its cap after bagging the Top 9 Pag-IBIG Fund Accredited Developer Excellence Award for the year 2022.

The recognition received by P.A. Properties is an acknowledgement of the company’s contribution to providing Filipinos the opportunity to be the holder of their own homes, which is in line with the company’s support of the national government’s agenda in addressing the ongoing housing backlog in the country.

P,A. Properties President and CEO Atty. Marianne Lina-Cruz, Chairman Romarico T. Alvarez, and Vice Chairman Jonathan G. Lu personally received the award during the Pag-IBIG Chairman’s Report for 2022 held on March 28, 2023.

Last November 29, the company was also recognized as one of the top developers, ranking 7th in the National Capital Region and 8th in Northern Luzon from Q1-Q3 at the 2022 Pag-IBIG Fund Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR).

P.A. Properties is one of the fastest growing property developers in the country, having developed over 180 hectares of land and built more than 20,000 housing and condominium units in over 40 communities in Laguna, Batangas, Cavite, Bulacan, Pampanga and Metro Manila.

The company has also partnered with Japanese property developer Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation (HHPC) in 2017. Since then, PA-Hankyu Hanshin has developed Idesia township projects in Dasmariñas, Cavite; Lipa, Batangas; and Cabuyao, Laguna.

P.A. Properties is set to build 20 more housing communities in the next five years.
