CLARK FREEPORT—The Clark Development Corp. has awarded a P 6.93-million contract to Philcantech Enterprises to replace defective transformer differential protection relays at the Clark 230kV Dolores Substation.

The project aims to enhance power reliability and ensure continuous and uninterrupted supply for major locators and industries in the freeport.

CDC president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera and Philcantech Enterprises owner Emmanuel Cortez signed the contract on May 27 at the Clark Visitors Center. Also present at the signing were CDC’s Engineering Services Group, led by Engr. Teresito Tiotuyco, and Building Facilities and Maintenance Division Engr. Arnel Zamora. The signing was followed by a site inspection at the Dolores substation.

The project is part of CDC’s broader commitment to strengthening Clark Freeport’s power infrastructure, minimizing risks of disruption, and supporting continued economic growth in the zone. CDC-PR
