LUNGSOD NG CABANATUAN – Mahigit P374,000 na halaga ng shabu ang nasamsam mula umano sa isang high value drug suspect sa buy-bust operation ng Cabanatuan City Police Station sa Barangay Camp Tinio rito bandang 5:50 ng hapon nitong Sept. 13.
Batay sa ulat kay Nueva Ecija police director Col. Heryl Bruno, ang naarestong suspek ay isang 28-anyos na babaeng residente ng naturang barangay.
Tinatayang nasa 55.10 grams ng shabu na may kabuuang halaga na P374,680 ang nasamsam, ayon sa PNP.
Nakaditine ngayon sa female custodial facility ng CCPS ang suspek na nahaharap sa mga kasong paglabag sa RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002), ayon kay Bruno.
“I commend the Cabanatuan City PS for this successful operation and the arrest of a high-value individual. Just imagine the devastation these illegal drugs could have caused in our communities. Rest assured, we will continue to intensify our operations to protect the public from the harmful effects of illegal drugs,” pahayag ni Bruno.
