ANGELES CITY — Shabu weighing 500 grams and valued at P3.4 million was seized from three Chinese nationals arrested by agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency in a buy-bust operation along Camelia Street, Timog Park Subdivision here dawn of Tuesday, June 4.
PDEA-Pampanga identified the suspects as Liao Hong Tao, 31; Li Guo, 37; and Wan Li, 41.
Along with the illegal substance, recovered from the suspects were one SUV and assorted units of cellphones allegedly used in POGO operation. Report said the suspects were also involved in the distribution of drugs to POGO workers.
The suspects will face charges for violation of Section 5 (sale of dangerous drugs) in relation to Section 26B (conspiracy to sell drugs) of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
