CLARK FREEPORT— “A unique experience centered on people, place, and the Philippines.”
So goes the blurb for The Henry Hotel-Clark, a 40- to 50-room Filipino-led boutique hotel, with the recent groundbreaking and capsule-laying ceremonies led by Clark Development Corp. president and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera and Nationstar Development Corp. president Alessandro Jose Tengco.
The event marked the start of the construction of the P145.45-million development that also includes a commercial complex.
Its contract signed only last April 11, 2024, the hotel is sited on a 1,159 sqm-area along E. Jacinto St. while the commercial center comprising a restaurant, café, event spaces, and a bar sits on an 879-sqm lot along M.A. Roxas St.
NDC said its project “underscores a commitment to enhancing hospitality offerings and generating nearly 100 new job opportunities.”
The Henry Hotel-Clark promises to redefine tourism experiences within the freeport zone, NDC furthered. CDC-PR
