SUBIC, Zambales — Five drug personalities were arrested by joint elements of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Zambales and the Subic police in a drug operation at Barangay Matain here Sunday evening.
PDEA-Zambales director Jigger Juniller said suspect Malcom Sandalo y Quimson, 56, of Purok 3, Barangay Matain was arrested after selling a sachet of shabu worth P500 to a PDEA agent poseur-buyer.
Juniller added that four other suspects were arrested while having pot session in the house of Sandalo.
The suspects were identified as Relly Buluran y Nanquil, 45, and Henry Linsangan y Manalang, 45, both of Barangay Valdez, Floridablanca, Pampanga; Harley Jude Sabina y Ignal, 22, of Barangay Camaya, Mariveles, Bataan; and Cris Art Dumlao y Enaje, 38, of Rizal Avenue, Barangay East Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City.
Confiscated from suspects were six transparent plastic sachets of shabu weighing 19 grams with estimated value at P133,000, and other drug paraphernalia.
All the suspects now face charges for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) at the City Prosecutor’s Office in Olongapo City.
