SUBIC, Zambales – Shabu worth some P100,000 in street value was seized from a suspected drug trader by joint operatives of Subic PNP and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Calapacuan here.
Police Major Gilbert Diaz, head of Subic PNP, identified the suspect as Dante Taralos y Unani, and a resident of Barangay Calapacuan.
Recovered from Taralos were several plastic sachets containing suspected shabu inside a black coin purse weighing 28 grams and the P500 marked bill.
The suspect now faces charges for violation of RA 9165 before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in Olongapo City.
