CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – A high value target in the war against drugs along with a cohort yielded suspected shabu weighing 200 grams in a police sting Wednesday at a subdivision in Bacolor, Pampanga.
Police Regional Office 3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano T. De Leon identified the arrested suspects as Nornihaya Hadjijalal y Dimaocor alias Norni, the high value target, and Nabil Dacula y Lunag, both of Block 3, Lot 23, Calle 26, Xevera Subd., Barangay Calibutbut, Bacolor.
Seized from the suspects were three heat–sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing approximately 200 grams with estimated street value of P1,360,000, along with one Blue Nokia keypad cellphone, one MK-brand shoulder bag, one weighing scale, cash of P3,000 in different denominations, and the two P1,000 marked bills used in the sting.
Participating in the police operation were elements of the provincial drug enforcement unit and provincial intelligence unit of the Pampanga provincial police office, the Pampanga criminal investigation and detection team and highway patrol team, and the Bacolor municipal police station.
De Leon said that appropriate charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II in relation to Section 26 of RA 9165 are being readied against the suspects. With RPIO-PRO-3
