CABANATUAN CITY — A 50-year-old woman and her son and daughter were caught with over P1-million worth of shabu in a buy bust–operation in Purok Cantarilla, Barangay Valdefuente here at around 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 17.
Lt. Col. Arnel Dial, city police chief, identified the suspects as Jocelyn Tadeo, married; her daughter Jacqueline, 28, and son Jomar, 33, all of the sane village.
Dial said the station drug enforcement unit conducted the operation in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency upon confirming the suspects’ illicit activities.
Police recovered 29 sachets of suspected shabu with estimated value of P1.1 million from the suspects who are now jailed for charges of violating Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act, police said.
