ANGELES CITY – Restaurants adjusting amid the current circumstances through outdoor dining are still at the leaning curve as gatherings and hang out places continue to slowly get back to normal.
B&T Grill Plaza has recently opened its front yard open space area for its bar and grill with seafood dampa on the side.
Having its own supermarket located at the back, owners Chef Bonits Pamintuan and Tristan Mercado decided to open an outdoor dining service to cater to early risers and bikers for breakfast and anyone looking for a place to end the day with a bottle or two and chill.
B&T is a full service al fresco bar and grill which offers a full off-the-grill menu from barbecues to lamb and steak as well as fresh seafood. B&T also serves heirloom recipes such as bobotong baka and favorite beer pairings of sisig, tokwa’t baboy, and the likes.
Located in front of Imerex Plaza Hotel along Miranda St., B&T Grill Plaza is open every Tuesdays to Sundays from 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
