OLONGAPO CITY – Implementing Oplan Pagtugis, operatives of Police Station 1 of the city police arrested a person in its wanted list.
In his report to city police director Col. Benjamin Sembrano, Jr., PS 1 chief Lt. George Francis B. Molina identified the arrested suspect as Rhea Medina y Denlos, a resident of Barangay West Bajac-Bajac here.
Medina was arrested July 15 along 23rd Street, Barangay West Bajac-Bajac by virtue of a warrant of arrest issued by Acting Presiding Judge Ma. Cristina J. Pizarro of RTC Branch 73, Olongapo City for violation of Section 10(a) of RA 7610 (Anti-Child Abuse Law) filed under Criminal Case No. 2016-608FC with recommended bail of P80,000 for her temporary liberty.
The suspect is now under the custody of the police station.
