CABANATUAN CITY – Buntings of all colors adorn the entrance and gymnasium of the Araullo University here where presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo will speak Monday afternoon, signifying that everybody is welcome in the event, an organizer said.
Dindo Berino, a convenor of the Robredo People’s Council-Nueva Ecija, said the multi-sectoral assembly here aims to engage all sectors, including those from other political camps, and make them aware of the brand of governance Robredo has to offer.
“These are colors of conversions. We are through with supporters, we want to reach more people,” Berino said.
The assembly here precedes a meet and greet activity with volunteers in Cabiao town and a meeting de avance called “aNEhan na naman” (loosely: it’s harvest time again in Nueva Ecija) at the Gapan City plaza.
She also had a multi-sectoral assembly for the first congressional district in Guimba town earlier Monday.
Robredo is expected to be joined by her vice presidential tandem Sen. Kiko Pangilinan and senatorial team.
