OLONGAPO CITY — The Olongapo City Police Office (OCPO) strengthened its community engagement efforts through a Halloween trick-or-treat activity organized by Police Station 6 on October 26.
OCPO City Director Police Colonel Deonido S. Maniago Jr. joined police personnel and children from the community in the activity, which started at 8 a.m. and featured festive interactions aimed at fostering closer ties between law enforcers and residents.
The activity provided an opportunity for police officers to engage with children in a friendly and welcoming environment, reinforcing the importance of trust and cooperation between the police and the communities they serve.

Maniago’s participation underscored the police force’s commitment to community-oriented policing, which goes beyond maintaining peace and order to include building public confidence and promoting the welfare of young people.
