Sushi bar by Oishii Maki by Chef Fuzion is now open at SM City Clark.
The sushi bar offers affordable Japanese with Filipino twist dishes including California Maki, Dragon Toll and Crunchy Kani Maki. They also offer baked sushi and sushi platters.
Chef Randy Molina, a native of Calamba, Laguna, is the creator of Oishii Maki.
Molina assured customers that despite the affordable price, his sushi creations are restaurant-level in terms of taste with its fresh meat cooked to perfection.
Oishii Maki by Chef Fuzion is in front of Servicio, SM City Clarkâs business center near the SM Hypermarket.
