ABUCAY, Bataan — Police on Wednesday reported the arrest of an overseas Filipino worker and his alleged mistress and the confiscation of a firearm in a raid here.
Abucay police chief Major Leopoldo Estorque, Jr. said the 42-year–old OFW and a 32-year–old housemaid were caught in the man’s house in Sitio Malaking Bato, Barangay Mabatang “while doing a scandalous act.”
The complainant, 44-year–old wife of the OFW, told police that her husband often brought his mistress to their house.
During the protective search, police recovered from the husband a .45 pistol with live ammunitions, Estorque said.
Police are preparing charges for illegal possession of firearm and ammunition on the OFW and concubinage against him and his mistress.
