SCIENCE CITY OF MUñOZ – Former president and United Nationalist Alliance leader Joseph Estrada branded as mere perception the supposed good performance of Team PNoy senatorial bets in the campaign for the May 13 midterm elections.
He said UNA is aiming for at least six winners from the coalition which he leads, along with Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile and Vice President Jejomar Binay.
“Bakit, angat naman ah,” Estrada said when asked on what the coalition is planning to do to upgrade the ratings of its candidates. Asked further on the claims of good performance from the LP-led team PNoy, he said” Sabi nila.

Estrada said he was yet to know the circumstances over the ambush of their bet, Rep. Jack Enrile. He, however, expressed relief that Enrile was not hurt.
“Buti na lang hindi siya tinamaan,” he said.
He distanced himself from Sen. Francis Escudero saying he never even mentioned his name. He refused to comment of Escudero’s alleged “at-odds” relationship with the parents of his girlfriend Heart Evangelista.
“Ayaw kong makialam diyan. ala akong pakialam diyan. Kahit na pangalan niya hindi ko binabanggit kahit na minsan. kaya huwag niya kong pagbibintangan na sinisiraan ko siya.”
He said he has no time for Escudero.
