Four more BPO towers are soon to rise at SM City Clark.
This after the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) has approved the construction of the four new towers at the mall’s complex on May 21, 2020.
With the PEZA approval, the construction of the new towers has resumed with a progress of more than 70 percent to date. Their expected date of completion is on May 2021.
According to Property Manager of SM City Clark Towers Ronald Mendoza, the new towers will be in addition to the six existing BPO towers at the mall’s Tech Hub.
The new BPOs will be housed in four towers which will be called Tech Hub 7, 8, 9, and 10.
Each tower will have eight floors – the ground floor will house retail stores; the second and third floors will be podium parking spaces; and the next five floors will house the BPO offices.
Existing BPO locators at SM City Clark’s Tech Hub 1 to 6 include Concentrix, IQOR, Teletech, DBA Global, Cloudstaff, Majorel, VXI, and Alorica.
Aside from the new towers, SM City Clark will also build “Skyline,” a connecting bridge between SM City Clark, Park Inn by Radisson Clark hotel, existing Tech Hubs 1 to 6, and the new BPO towers – Tech Hubs 7 to 10.
