NEDA IS CORRECT. Indubitable proof that a family of five can live at P10,000 a month as the National Economic and Development Authority asserts is this extended family living at the bushes by the signboard of Robinsons Starmills in the City of San Fernando. No commuting to work — they just beg from motorists. No power and water bills, nor house rentals to pay. No schooling for their kids. Why, they exist — even multiply — sans formal, fixed income.
