SUBIC, Zambales – A mother and her son, along with three other drug personalities were arrested in drug buy-bust operation at Sitio Mapanao, Barangay Asinan Proper of this town.
Chief Inspector Joan Sibayan, head of Subic PNP, identifi
ed the suspects as Baby Maurillo y Leomo, 45, and her son Marlon, 26, who were caught buying shabu.
Danny Dela Cruz y Falsario, 49, Mark Anthony Viray y Dela Cruz, 23, and Vill Dela Cruz y Falsario, 45, were selling shabu worth P500 to a police- poseur buyer.
Confiscated from the suspects were a total of 11)transparent plastic sachets of shabu and the P500 marked money. The suspects now face charges for violation of Section 5 and 11, Article ll of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002) before the Provincial Prosecutors Office in Olongapo City.
