ABUCAY, Bataan — Police arrested the most wanted person for the crime of rape, ranked 1 under the municipal level and ranked 2 under the provincial level, and one suspect for loose firearm in separate raids here Monday.
In a report to Bataan police director Col. Palmer Tria, Abucay police chief Maj. Jonathan Mostoles said that the 61-year-old accused of rape of Barangay Laon in Abucay was apprehended in Barangay Salian, also in Abucay, by virtue of a warrant, of arrest.
Mostoles said that the warrant of arrest was served by operatives of the Abucay municipal police station and other provincial police units with the accused apprised of his constitutional rights.
