PORAC, Pampanga – Miriam College Alviera (MCA), co-educational campus, opens its Kinder to Grade 10 this August 2025. MCA is the home of the creative generation– a school for the 21st century learner. Its programs are designed to meet diverse educational needs by solving real world problems through Design Thinking and Project Based Learning. It is student-centered and industry-driven to help students become well-rounded individuals who can design their possibilities to stand out!
It is the third campus of the Miriam College (MC) system, with the first in Loyola Heights, Quezon City and the second in Nuvali, Laguna. This expansion is a testament to the school’s continued growth as it approaches its centennial in 2026. It is also a proud partner of Camosun College, school in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, where students are given pathways to attain global education in the fields of business, education, tourism, and psychology. Miriam College Alviera is a well-designed campus that fosters both independent study and group interaction, supporting diverse learning styles and approaches that are aligned with the principles of place-based learning. Its environment and community become integral to the learning experience, that bridges formal education with real-life relevance.
Over the years, MC has lived up to its values through its four advocacy centers: the Center for Peace Education, the Environmental Studies Institute, the Women and Gender Institute, and the Child Rights Advocacy Center. It upholds excellent education through its curriculum and program enhancements to develop its students’ confidence, conscience, and competence. Partnering with Alviera, a joint development of Ayala Land and Leonio Land, MCA complements its rising all-inclusive community as an economic and lifestyle center to urban living. As part of the business development plans, it envisions an established community in Pampanga focused on building the lives of the people, its communities, and the nation.
The campus is built on a beautiful 10-hectare property in the Alviera estate of Porac, Pampanga, a 15-minute drive away from Clark, known to be a gateway to the world. A recipient of the 2022 Outstanding Property Award London (OPAL) for the school’s architectural design by Ar. Ed Calma of Lor Calma & Partners with innovative spaces designed to inspire innovation and creativity among its students.
