Angeles City Mayor-Elect Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr. (R) on June 18 had a dialogue at the Royce Hotel in Clark with Korean Ambassador to the Philippines, Dong-Man Han, (3rd from right), Pampanga Governor Lilia V. Pineda and Pampanga Vice Governor Delta Pineda 3rd from left) to discuss the Korean business sector’s concerns over business taxes, security and peace and order. During the meeting, Lazatin said that he will ensure the safety of Korean investors as n Angeles City as he insisted that 70 percent of their workforce must be residents of the city. Also joining the group is Clark Development Corp. president/CEO Noel F. Manankil (L).
