From Call MOW to Call HOW
ANGELES CITY — Helping to alleviate distress and suffering among the urban poor as well as the frontliners amid the enhanced community quarantine, Del Mundo Prime Holdings Corp. has mobilized its entire business enterprise through its Call MOW (Mechanics on Wheels) venture into Call HOW (Help on Wheels).
DM Prime Holdings Corp. president and CEO Jeffrey Del Mundo spearheaded the call for donation drive together with its associate arm Del Magnificos Inc. as part of its corporate social responsibility amid the current Covid-19 pandemic.
“We are committed to our corporate social responsibility that is geared towards serving the nation, community enhancement, and productivity that’s why we came up with ‘We are Stronger as One Nation’ campaign against Covid-19”, Del Mundo said.
“But charity begins at home so even before the start of the enhanced community quarantine, we have already assured our employees of full compensation despite the temporary closure of all business establishments. They were also given immune booster shots to strengthen their immune system,” he added.

Call HOW was prompted through the invitation of Clark Investors and Locators Association chair and philanthropist Dr. Irineo “Bong” Alvaro Jr. by encouraging all private enterprises to help and adopt a community in these trying times.
Call HOW provided basic needs such as grocery packs, bottles of water, and sanitation kit to the urban poor and frontliners as well as face shields to hospitals and four major border checkpoints in this city.
Call HOW consists of Del Mundo Prime Holdings Corp. business units including Lemon Bar, DMX, and Shiners led by Del Magnificos Inc. while optimizing its campaign to reproduce face shields for health workers in hospitals including JBL Memorial Hospital, AUF Medical Center, and Rafael Lazatin Memorial Medical Center (ONA) among others.
“Our employees volunteered to contribute their time to help facilitate the outreach program efforts to communities who badly needs help and most especially the frontliners in this global crisis that we are facing now,” Del Mundo said.
The Call HOW outreach project was also made possible through the assistance of Bridges of Benevolent Initiatives Group of Companies, BBI foundation, Midori Hotel and Casino, Eaglesky Technology Amusement Inc., Aqua Planet, MIREJ Hotel Clark, IMEREX Plaza Hotel, Mindave Spa, Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
