The long wait is over!
Mabalacat City Government (MCG), led by Mayor Crisostomo Garbo has presented and sashed the 27 lovely candidates of Miss Mabalacat 2023 during the flag-raising ceremony last Jan 30.
Garbo, along with vice Mayor Gerald Aquino and the members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, MCG department heads and government employees welcomed the official candidates in their first public appearance prior to the prestigious beauty pageant.
Each candidate represents their respective barangay and will compete for the chance to be the city’s Miss Mabalacat, who will then represent the city in the Mutya ning Kapampangan pageant.
The Miss Mabalacat preliminary competition is set on February 28 at the Balacat Village, McArthur Highway Brgy. Mabiga while the grand coronation night will be held on March 2 at SMX Convention Center, Clarkfield Pampanga.
This annual beauty pageant of the city will be part of the first ever Balacat Fiesta (formerly Caragan Festival).
