MABALACAT CITY – Mayor Crisostomo Garbo, on Tuesday, July 19, resumed visiting the bedridden residents of this city to check their conditions as well as provide cash assistance to aid their medication and needs.
As part of supplemental care, Garbo also offered prayers and words of encouragement to Mabalaquenian elders and kids to help cope with their current health conditions.
A total of 30 senior citizens and disabled beneficiaries residing at Camalig, Homesite, San Isidro, and Panday Pira in Dau received P4,000 each.
Through the financial assistance program of the City Social Assistance Office, Garbo is set to visit a total of 220 bedridden residents of Mabalacat City, 159 of which reside in Barangay Dau.
It has been the mayor’s duty to visit and check the bedridden patients of this city since 2019.
