CLARK FREEPORT — Clark Marriott Hotel together with Manila Marriott Hotel, Sheraton Manila Hotel, Sheraton Manila Bay, and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo officially welcomed the holiday season simultaneously through its Christmas tree lighting event via Facebook Live on Thursday.
The online Christmas tree lighting event was led by Manila Marriott Hotel through the presence of Marriott International cluster general manager Bruce Winton, Clark Marriott Hotel general manager Goeran Soelter, Sheraton Manila Hotel general manager Anna Vergara, Sheraton Manila Bay general manager Richard Masselin, and Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo sales director Joy Olante. The virtual event was also hosted by celebrity and TV host KC Montero.
“It’s been an unprecedented year, lots of challenges, and obstacles. But more than ever, the spirit of Christmas will be more than welcomed this year. We have tailored a set of promotions, gifts, deliveries, and options to give back to the community as well this Christmas,” said Winton.
Marriott Philippines hotels successfully transitioned its annual Christmas tree lighting event amid the current circumstances due to the Covid-19 pandemic to mark the beginning of the holiday season. They also presented its holiday promotions as all restaurants are now open including in-suite dining and food delivery options aligned with its world-class safety standards and protocols.
“Christmas season is about family, about togetherness, giving back, and creating memories. Our restaurants are open, we are more than happy to welcome you in a safe environment. We also have delivery service as our chefs put their heads together so you feel safer in celebrating with your family in style at home,” said Soelter.
