Manulife Philippines has announced the reopening of all of its customer service centers, as various areas in the country recentlytransitioned to General Community Quarantine (GCQ) or Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ).
During this period, Manulife Philippines’ locations will be open to serve customers from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.*
The reduced opening hours are part of preventive and proactive measures the company has put in place, to ensure the health and safety of both its employees and customers. These measures also include the provision of personal protective equipment (PPEs) to Customer Service Officers, such as masks, face shields and gloves. Floor guides and acrylic barriers have been installed to ensure social distancing and minimal contact. Finally, all individuals entering the premises will be required to wear masks and undergo a temperature scan.
While Manulife’s customer service centers have re-opened, customers are encouraged to continue to use digital channels, particularly during the community quarantine period. Policy holders can manage their policy details, view fund values, check for payments due, pay for their premiums and contact their Insurance Adviser through Manulife Online at online.manulife.com.ph. They may also pay for premiums online through Manulife Philippines’ bank partners. A list of payment partners is available on Manulife Philippines’ website.
Manulife Philippines has also enabled digital sales tools that support Insurance Advisers and allow them to help customers find the right plan to suit their needs and guide them through the purchase process, without the need to meet face-to-face.
