ANGELES CITY – Malacañang on Thursday issued Proclamation No. 823 series of 2019 declaring as Special Non-Working days October 14, Monday, and October 25, Friday, for the twin fiesta celebrations in the city.
Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” G. Lazatin, Jr. made the announcement as soon as it came out recognizing the said dates in commemoration of the Virgin of the Holy Rosary for the La Naval Fiesta and the Feast of the Apung Mamacalulu (Merciful Lord).
