ABUCAY, Bataan: Anim na mamamayan ang hinahangaan dahil sa pagbibigay ng karangalan sa Bataan lalong-lalo na sa bayang ito na kanilang pinagmulan.
Sinabi ni Mayor Robin Tagle na lalo itong nagpapatunay na ang bayan ng Abucay ay “Bayan ng Mahusay” na isinusulong ng kanyang administrasyon.
Ang itinuturing na nagbigay-dangal sa Abucay at karapat-dapat papurihan ay sina Anna Valencia Lakrini, Mac Andrey Esconde at ang apat na bagong duktor na sina Danille Joy Dominguez Cortez, Lars Ben Marcelo Hayahay, Edward Joseph de Guzman at Jonathan Yves Custodio.
Nasungkit ni Anna Lakrini, German – Filipina beauty queen, ang titulong second runner-up sa Miss Globe 2023 pageant noong Nobyembre 18 sa Albania.
“Her journey embodies grace, resilience and the spirit of the province. A true honor for Bataan and a shining representation of the Philippines internationally,” sabi ng mayor.
Binati ng pamahalaang bayan ng Abucay si Mac Andrey Esconde sa kanyang tagumpay bilang bronze medalist sa 2023 national age group Taekwando championship na ginanap sa Ninoy Aquino Stadium noong Nobyembre 11 – 12.
“Your success in the Physician Licensure Examination is a testament to your hard work and dedication. Your journey has just begun and we are exited to see the positive impact you will make in the medical field,” sabi ng mayor kay Dr. Danillle Dominguez Cortez ng Barangay Mabatang.
Sinabi ni Mayor Tagle na dahil sa tagumpay ni Dr. Lars Ben Marcelo Hayahay ng Barangay Mabatang sa medical exam, ito ay kasalukuyang Internal Medicine doctor sa Rosario Maclang Bautista General Hospital.
“Meet the newest physician in town, Dr. Edward Joseph Navoa De Guzman of Barangay Calaylayan, a remarkable achievement. His success is not just a personal triumph but a testament to a legacy of commitment, perseverance and family pride,” sabi ng mayor.
“I am delighted to announce that Jonathan Yves Custodio of Barangay Capitangan has successfully passed the rigorous Physician Licensure Examination held October 20, 2023. His dedication and hard work have paid off, marking the beginning of a remarkable journey as a doctor. Let us congratulate him for this significant achievement,” saad ni Tagle. (30)
