MABALACAT CITY – The online registration for the Covid-19 vaccine program in this city will officially begin on June 30.
The online registration will initially be for A3 (persons with comorbidities) and A4 (frontline personnel in essential sectors) via www.mismabalacatcity.org between 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
Successful registrations are automatically listed upon submitting the online registration form and will be notified via SMS within 24 to 48 hours. Individuals who are listed and scheduled for Covid-19 vaccination must bring 1 valid ID.
Mabalacat City follows the vaccination prioritization framework beginning with A1 (health workers) and opened its vaccination to A2 (senior citizens) followed by A3 and A4 groups. A5 (indigent population) will begin thereafter followed by Priority B and C categories.
Mabalacat City hopes to hit its target of vaccinating 200,000 individuals by December 2021.
