CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga — The festive energy was electric at Filinvest Mimosa+ as over 700  runners and fitness enthusiasts joined the inaugural Cycles & Brew Coffee Run & Rave, an event that  fused running, rave music, and café culture in one unforgettable morning celebration. Organized  by multisport organizer GORACEPH, the event showcased a well-executed race experience in a premier  leisure destination.

The spotlight shone on John Carlo Lugtu, who clocked 1:33:43, and Hazel Mata, who finished in 1:37:15,  as they emerged as the overall winners of the 21KM distance, leading the pack in a spirited race that  combined performance and passion. Rounding out the men’s 21KM overall podium were James  Villanueva and Lucas Weiland, who claimed second and third place, respectively, while Dorina  Endaya and Alyssa Gonzalvo secured second and third in the women’s 21KM overall category.

Participants of all categories enjoyed an energetic race atmosphere, capped by live performances  from five DJs who kept the celebration pumping throughout the venue.

Hosted by Chiqui Reyes, widely known as the voice of Philippine Triathlon, the event was more than a  race—it was a full-blown celebration of endurance, community, and lifestyle. Post-run festivities saw  participants enjoying specialty coffee, music, and camaraderie that embodied the spirit of the Cycles &  Brew movement.
