CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga (PIA) — The Land Registration Authority (LRA) is promoting its digital services in Central Luzon to enhance the efficiency of land title processing.

During the 14th episode of the Kapihan sa Bagong Pilipinas of the Philippine Information Agency, LRA Regional Director Lorna Dee highlighted the key features of the agency’s eSerbisyo Portal and the Citizen’s Land Registration Portal (CLRP).

The eSerbisyo Portal is an online service provided by LRA that allows the public to request a Certified True Copy (CTC) of a title online.

By visiting www.eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph, clients can create an account, select a Registry of Deeds office, and make payments through various online methods including LANDBANK, GCash, Maya, and credit cards.

“Requests filed through eSerbisyo in [Metro Manila] can be fulfilled within three to five days. [For areas outside Metro Manila], it will take five to seven days. The documents will be delivered to the address you select,” Dee said.

The CLRP, on the other hand, allows clients to pre-encode transaction details before visiting the Registry of Deeds office.

This system, accessible at www.clrp.com.ph, helps ensure accuracy and reduce errors in the registration process.

Dee noted that users need to be familiar with the system as the purpose is to prevent errors.

“Once you access the link and input the details of the document you wish to register, ensure the accuracy of the data. After inputting the information correctly, you may visit our office where an entry clerk will scan the barcode. If there are no errors, our system will produce a Title Preview Notice or TPN for you to review,” she advised.

These digital services are part of the Land Titling Computerization Project (LTCP), which aims to enhance the security of titles and documents, prevent title duplication and overlaps, and standardize processes, fees, and requirements.

Also, LTCP ensures that current and accurate information is available anytime and anywhere.

In addition to eSerbisyo and CLRP, the Anywhere-to-Anywhere or A2A Service allows clients to request a CTC from any computerized Registry of Deeds office, eliminating the need to travel to the specific office holding their title.

While the transition to a fully computerized system continues, with manual title conversions still underway, LRA is focused on maximizing the benefits of these existing digital tools to efficiently deliver their services to the public.

For more information about these services, individuals may visit the LRA’s official website at www.lra.gov.ph. (CLJD/MAECR, PIA Region 3-Pampanga)
