CLARK FREEPORT — The Covid-19 pandemic has prompted the hospitality industry to adapt to imperatives even as it continues to innovate, if only to assure the safety of guests without lowering the bar of dining excellence.
Thus, Clark Marriott Hotel officially reopened its doors to guests and associates on June 19, as well as its premier luxury buffet restaurant Goji Kitchen + Bar at 50 percent capacity. Strict compliance with IATF protocols there.
By upping its already high standards even more, to adjust and adapt to the current situation, Clark Marriott Hotel has strengthened its health and safety guidelines by limiting its capacity, adding strategically placed hand sanitation areas, and proper physical distancing measures in its premises.
Once close and intimate dining at Goji Kitchen has transitioned to physically distanced mode, maintaining the same buffet menu though in an unlimited a la carte service from personal to business luncheons as well as small dinner gatherings and celebrations.
Guests at Goji Kitchen can still enjoy a complete full-course buffet set-up as the wait staff brings a variety of food at diners’ choice via the listed menu of the day to be served right on your dinner table spread.
With its well-curated selections of both local and international cuisines, Goji Kitchen still offers fine dining gastronomy from Japanese, Korean, and Chinese, to Western, including live seafood and pasta cooking, meat carving, noodle bar, deli specialty, and dessert station.
Goji Kitchen is open daily offering different buffet menu each day from 12 noon to 2 p.m. for lunch, and 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. for dinner.
