So is she and leading man Martin del Rosario now closer to each other after having taped for the show for over a month now? “We’re getting to know each other better. His eyes are very effective in conveying emotions. From Titas Angelu (de Leon) and Sheryl (Cruz), to Tito Bobby (Andrews), at ‘yung mga gumaganap na kapatid ko, sina Julie Anne San Jose, Julian Trono and Mona Louise Rey. They’re all so good in their respective roles.”
So how is her dad Robin Padilla after her Tita Mariel Rodriguez lost their babies? “They’re definitely not okay. Me and my siblings continue to pray for them. We’re ready to give them any support and our dad knows nandito lang kami para sa kanya, lalo’t he sacrificed a lot for their babies at nag-resign pa siya sa filmfest entry na gagawin sana niya.
Hindi ko talaga alam what words to say para mas pagaanin ang loob nila except to tell them they have our love and support. I was really then so happy when I learned Tita Mariel was pregnant again kasi I know gusto nila talagang magka-baby na. When we met, basta niyakap ko na lang ang dad ko without being able to say anything. I know God has other plans for them and bibigyan sila uli ng blessing in God’s own time.”
