A report reaching the BI office here identified the fugitive foreigner as Noh Jun Ho, 45, who was arrested by BI’s fugitive search unit agents, backed by the Korean National Police Agency personnel in Koreatown in Barangay Cutcut here.
Ho’s passport was also invalidated effective Oct. 16 this year, the report said.
The report said Ho was on the red list of the Interpol for violation of the Narcotics Control Act of Korea, based on information from consul and police attache Lee Soo Bok of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Manila.
Ho has been staying in one of the subdivisions in Koreatown where many South Koreans have established businesses in new buildings they had built along a strip from Clark Freeport’s Friendship Gate.
Ho was brought to the BI’s. detention facility in Taguig City pending deportation to his country where he will stand trial.
