It all started with one man’s desire to bring best and authentic Korean cuisine to Clark, Pampanga.

This vision and brilliant idea of Manuel Sequiera, Fontana’s chief executive officer (C.E.O.), transpire since the reopening of Fontana Korean Restaurant few months ago, the fifth food outlet inside Fontana Leisure Parks, joining the list of Café Fontana, Golden Pavilion, Red 8 and Water Park Fast Food; each outlet has its own personality and distinct taste.

Along with stunning lass Ghia Shin, Korean affairs assistant manager,  the whole culinary team, make sure all guests of Fontana Korean Restaurant devour real Korean food experience, from authentic and fresh ingredients to seamless Korean inspired venue and high class ambience.

“Sometimes I wake-up at three in the morning and join the team to local market, because I want to make sure of the freshness and quality of all ingredients especially meat and vegetables that we serve,” says meticulous C.E.O. Sequiera.

When people think of Korean food, first thing in mind is Kimchi, Korea’s staple spicy side dish made from fermented veggies, serves with many other tiny-winy-tasty side dishes. “Koreans like healthy and tasty food.

For them , it is one of the most respected and important aspects in life, Korean food is simple yet abundant.

They want to eat all nutrients the body needs, that’s why they have many side dishes before the main course,” shares Shin. Explosion of flavors continue from appetizers and side dishes  like Kimchi , to main course down to dessert.

Fontana Korean Restaurant boasts of its signature mouthwatering Wagyu beef and best assortment of Korean-style Shabu-Shabu and Grill, includes cooking of  thin slices of meat, seafood, veggies, dumplings, mushrooms, and many other.

Filipino guests prefer the most simple but popular Bimbimbap (mixed veggies and egg on rice), well-loved dish Chapchae  (mixed veggies, match stick-sliced beef and vermicelli noodles -made from potatoes and sweet potatoes) and Galbitang (beef short rib soup).

It houses 120 seats and  offers luxurious ambience, depicting from traditional minimalist Korean restaurant design and fixtures. A Perfect venue for business meetings and family gatherings, serves lunch and dinner.

Clearly Fontana Korean Restaurant does not only claim authenticity but rather serve it …and serve it at its best.
Fontana Korean Restaurant is located at the 2/F Clubhouse, Fontana Hot Spring Leisure Parks, Clark Freeport Zone.
