Chief Inspector Leonardo Madrid, Subic police chief, identified the victim as Tollay Onaini Sakalain alias Tolits, 47, resident of Purok 4, Barangay Matain.
The victim sustained gun shots wounds from a .45 pistol on the back of the head.
Recovered from the crime scene was one fired cartridge cases of a .45 pistol.
According to the victim’s live-in partner Jessica Mae Lumanog, 33, at around 12:45 in the morning while they were sleeping, two unidentified men, both wearing face masks and armed with short firearms, forcibly opened the door of their house and without apparent reason shot the victim which resulted to his instantaneous death.
Report said the family of the victim refused to allow the police to process the crime scene and submit the victim for autopsy examination and executed a waiver to that effect out of their Muslim tradition.
Police are still conducting investigation to the identity of the suspects and motive of killing.
